Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest level of service, I require at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
Appointments cancelled within 12 hours and or you are LATE past your grace period it will incur a 50% service fee charge. Same-day cancellations and/or no call, no show will incur an 80% fee. Clients with unpaid fees will no longer be eligible for future bookings.
